Geographical Introduction

Durgapur is a fruit and agricultural upazila in the northwestern part of Rajshahi district in the northwestern part of Bangladesh. It is located on the Barind land at an eastern angle of 32 km. Durgapra upazila is bounded on the north by Bagmara upazila of Rajshahi district, on the east by Punthia upazila, on the south by Charghat upazila and on the west by Paba and Mohanpur upazilas.
